How Does Our Ergonomics Solution Work?

Stage1-removebg-preview.png

Step 1: MEET & DISCUSS

We’ll meet with you to discuss your company’s specific needs, allowing us to understand your employees’ workspaces and requirements. You can opt for a complete solution, or a bespoke approach to our offering.

Stage2-removebg-preview.png

Step 2: ERGONOMICS ASSESSMENT

If you opt for the complete solution, your employees will firstly complete a digital risk self-assessment, which will be followed by individual workstation assessments carried out by our expert assessors.

Stage3-removebg-preview.png

Step 3: EMPLOYEE REPORTs

We generate a digital report that each employee will receive after both their risk assessment and video consultation. Within this is their individual recommendations and links to e-learning resources.

Step 4: EMPLOYER ANALYTICS

For companies, all employee findings are collated into a single analytics dashboard in real-time, where data is summarised and presented in a concise format for you to use to make data-informed decisions.

Online Risk Assessments

Our digital risk self-assessment is the first step of our ergonomics solution, and covers all areas of ergonomics for desk workers. The assessment takes 10-15 minutes, and upon completion each employee will be emailed a report that states which risk category they fit into, highlights any information of note, and provides quick tips that could make an immediate difference in improving their workstation.

Video Consultations

A video consultation will then be carried out for each employee with a qualified physiotherapist or physical therapist who has specialist training in ergonomics.

Video Consultations

X

Each consultation lasts 30-minutes, during which our specialist assesses the workstation setup, available equipment and employee posture. With practical and pragmatic advice, our team aim to get the most from workstations with the already available resources.

Specialist Assessments

We also offer in-depth specialist ergonomics assessments for those who require specialist attention and extra considerations, such as those with a health condition or injury.

The Benefits For Your Team

Reduce work-related injuries

Our assessments and expert recommendations aim to relieve employee pain and risk of injury whilst sitting, especially neck and upper back pain, whilst also increasing work productivity, reducing absentee days due to musculoskeletal related injuries, and broadening awareness about posture and injuries caused by workstations with poor ergonomics.

Cover both Home & office workstations

Ensure every employee’s workstation is legislation compliant, whether they are working from home, in-office or both. A matched level of detail and concern for space and equipment should be given when setting up a workstation at home, but we keep in mind what’s already available and how this can be best optimised to support the health and safety of your employees.

Meet your employees’ unique needs

Our risk assessments and video consultations take each person’s unique posture, circumstances, work practices and demands into account, ensuring that their workstation is designed to support them and their health. Our specialist assessments allow for an even more thorough evalutation for more complex cases in which the employee is considered high risk and needs further safeguarding.
