Specialist Ergonomics Assessments for High Risk Employees

Specialist assessments focus on training and educating the employee around their current issues and changing their environment in real time in order to improve these issues. For people experiencing severe issues, a closer look is often needed in order to reduce long-lasting negative effects.

We ensure our assessments are fully compliant with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007. However, we go far beyond the normal assessment and identify aggravating factors, change them at the workstation using the equipment in place if possible, and provide pragmatic strategies and equipment recommendations, only if necessary, to help the individual to maintain these changes and get the most from their work station.

What is involved in a specialist Ergonomics assessment?

  • An in-depth look at all workstation practices and habits specific to ongoing issues (45-minute consultation)

  • Full report and recommendations following the assessment

  • Onward physio referral and app-based injury rehabilitation programme if appropriate
