Expert Ergonomic Assessments

All of our assessments are completed by chartered physiotherapists specially trained in ergonomics, who look at an employee’s presentation, desk surroundings and their work lifestyle.

From this initial observation, we create and provide tailored programmes that improve both the employee’s work position and habits. If there is an issue, we’ll be able to identify the problem, advising or advocating on a change for the better.

Why Do Employees need Ergonomic Assessments?

When managed by professionals, ergonomic assessments will minimise, and even eliminate, work-related injuries and make your teams more productive.

With a growing number of employees sitting at computers, the need for workstation assessments is increasing. Improper sitting postures generate a lot of strain on the human body which, over time, can lead to serious medical issues.

Our assessments take into account the physical, organisational & cognitive components of each workplace. Simply put: each task must be fit to each person in terms of their body.

Educating And training Employees on best practices

Our focus is on educating employees regarding the issues they come up against, and providing fast solutions to them that have lasting effects.

Each employee will be given a tailored programme following their assessment. The exercises and rehab we provide will be based on the most up-to-date physio research, and put in context to the individual’s own work life.

We’re using technology to work harder, so why not use it to work smarter? The data shows that our bodies need us to.
